RETURNS + EXCHANGES

we want you to be more than satisfied with your purchase.

TANYAPILAR will gladly accept returns on all purchases made on our website (www.tanyapilar.com) within 10 days from the date the item arrived to your door. all returns will only be received within guidelines provided on this page and will be issued a store credit. 

Final Sale Items: Any items purchased on sale, flash sale, or with discount code are final sale. Automatic discounts at checkout are included.

no refunds will be issued. store credit does not expire and can be used online, by phone or in-store

  • all sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded or exchanged. If we receive any returned sale items, package will be held and the purchaser will be notified by email to pay for return shipment.

  • merchandise that has been purchased using a discount code is eligible for a store credit for the original amount paid and cannot be exchanged. 

  • all merchandise must be unused and returned in the SAME condition in which originally received. Items must be clean, unworn, unwashed, un-tampered, folded properly with sanitary strip and tags attached.

  • merchandise that has been soiled, mishandled, abused, laundered or missing tags may be rejected and sent back to purchaser at the discretion of TANYAPILAR. No credit will be issued and purchaser will be notified by email to pay for return shipment.

  • we value 100% customer satisfaction and will replace any defective merchandise returned within 14 days of receipt of original shipment.

  • please allow 5-10 business days after returned goods have be received and undergone quality control inspection for store credit to be applied.

  • please note: all shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. we do not reimburse your shipping charges for returns/exchanges. customer is responsible for return shipment payment. store credit may not be used for return shipping charges. 

  • items purchased from previous collections must abide by previously enforced policies. 

 

to begin the return or exchange process email us at sales@tanyapilar.com for authorization form and read below. 

  • read return + exchange policy (above) in its entirety to be sure your merchandise is returnable.

  • safely package and ship the merchandise within fourteen (14) days of receiving and mail your shipment to the address provided by email.

  • please note TANYAPILAR is not responsible for any damages incurred during shipping.

  • we strongly recommend that you obtain tracking or delivery confirmation for your package.  TANYAPILAR is not responsible for lost or misdirected returns and exchanges. 

  • once the return/exchange safely arrives at TANYAPILAR, we will inspect the item(s) condition.  any merchandise that does not meet the requirements of our return policy as stated above will not be accepted. please allow 5-7 business days for your return/exchange to be processed.
