Most orders will ship out within 2 to 4 weeks of ordering this due as each garment is made to order + processing payment.

In the event that the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information for credit verification, we will contact you with a follow-up email. In case of pre-order, the number of days for shipping will be calculated at the time the items become available.
TANYAPILAR is not responsible for lost or stolen packages when delivery is confirmed by tracking. The customer assumes all responsibility for any loss, or damage of these items. No refunds will be made on packages that are not accepted by recipient.
TANYAPILAR cannot guarantee arrival time of packages for any of our carriers and will not be held responsible for any delayed shipping once your item has been dispatched. please note: complimentary shipping is equal to ground mail.
International customers are responsible for the payment of applicable duties or taxes. These additional charges will be collected from the recipient by our shipping carrier at the time of delivery. Customers who refuse their order will not be refunded the original shipping fee. In addition, the customer will be responsible for all customs brokerage charges, duties, and taxes incurred on the package and the cost of returning the package to TANYAPILAR. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. We highly recommend you contact your country's customs office for an estimate of fees before placing your order.
